Skin Memory is a record, not a clinician.

Skin Memory is a personal skincare tracking and memory tool.

It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not replace professional medical advice.

It cannot tell you what caused a skin reaction. It shows what you recorded, in order.

At a glance

What it is for, and what it isn’t.

Skin Memory is for

  • Keeping track of products and routine changes
  • Writing down what you notice, with dates
  • Looking back at the sequence of events
  • Having a clear record to show a professional

Skin Memory is not for

  • Diagnosing or ruling out a condition
  • Deciding whether something is serious
  • Choosing a treatment or a product
  • Replacing a doctor, pharmacist or dermatologist

Act first. Record later.

Keeping notes is for the ordinary, slow changes that are easy to forget. It is never a reason to delay getting help.

If something is worrying you

If something is concerning, severe, lasting, or getting worse quickly, talk to a doctor or pharmacist, or seek urgent care.

Don’t wait for a record to fill in first.

In the app

How the app behaves.

A short check for urgent symptoms.

The app includes a check that asks yes or no questions and points you towards help. It does not read what you type and does not judge how serious anything is.

The same words everywhere.

The statement below appears in the app, in every reconstruction view, in exports, and in the footer of every page on this site. It never changes wording from place to place.

No reviewer behind it.

Skin Memory is not reviewed, approved or endorsed by any clinician or clinical body, and nothing on this site should be read as if it were.

Remember first. Interpret carefully. Change deliberately.
